To juice or to blend, that always seems to be the question.   Both are beneficial, but in different ways.  Ultimately, it’s an easy way to incorporate more vegetables (especially the green, leafy ones) and fruits (in moderation) into your diet.  The end result will be that you’re nourishing your body with vitamins, minerals and antioxidants, which all promote better health.   It’s a win-win!
