Dr. Laura Glenn

Dr. Laura Glenn works with patients of all ages and genders who want to regain their health and vitality. She works to discover the root causes of her patients health issues, and addresses the body as a whole, recognizing that all body systems are constantly interacting and working towards establishing balance. She utilizes a combination of careful listening to her patients concerns, physical examination, and lab work to identify imbalances and guide treatment. Her goal is always to support the body’s ability to heal, and optimize function and wellness.

Dr. Glenn enjoys maintaining a general family practice, with emphasis in: women’s health conditions, hormonal imbalances (thyroid, adrenal, sex hormones, diabetes), fertility, fatigue, gastrointestinal conditions, autoimmune and chronic diseases. She uses a broad naturopathic approach, and individually tailors each patient’s treatment plan based on the needs of that person. The therapies she uses include nutrition, homeopathy, botanical (herbal) medicine, environmental medicine, acupuncture, hydrotherapy, and pharmaceuticals including bioidentical hormone replacement.

Dr. Glenn is a graduate of Southwest College of Naturopathic Medicine in Tempe, Arizona.  Prior to earning her doctorate in Naturopathic Medicine, Dr. Glenn attended the University of California Los Angeles, where she earned a BS in Anthropology. She incorporates her interest in anthropology by emphasizing dietary and lifestyle choices based on how our ancestors lived in the past, recognizing that our modern lifestyles are very discordant with the way humans historically lived, which contributes to the chronic diseases our society faces today. Other interests include organic gardening, visiting national parks, and hiking and camping with her husband and dog.
