“Fruits and Veggies – More Matters” is a movement to encourage your focus on consuming more fruits and vegetables on a daily basis.  Eating plenty of fruits and veggies helps reduce the risk of many diseases, including heart disease, high blood pressure, and some cancers.  Fruits and veggies are rich in vitamins and minerals that help you feel healthy and energized.

Unfortunately,  more than 90 percent of children and adults fall short of eating the recommended amount of fruits and veggies each day.  We say, add one more, try something new.  Teach your kids.  Try a new recipe.  Start today!  Stay tuned for some helpful tips on how to incorporate more fruits and veggies into your daily diet.
