What a great way to start your Food Revolution Day!  There are lots of immune-boosting antioxidants in this recipe.  You can even add a bit of elderberry extract for an extra immune boosting punch!

 

Ingredients: 

1 cup coconut milk (unsweetened)

1 cup fresh spinach

½ organic cucumber

½ avocado

juice from ½ lime

1” slice ginger root

1 tablespoon ground flax seed

Put all ingredients in blender and mix until smooth.
