On November 16th, we’ll be sharing with you healthy and delicious holiday recipes from our Food Day event. Certified Nutritionist Judy Nicassio at Rejuvena Health & Aesthetics and Stacey Weber, personal chef and owner of  “Eat” in Phoenix will be lending their combined culinary expertise as they present these scrumptious recipes that not only taste good, but are nutritious as well.

Food Day is a day to resolve to make changes in our own diets and to take action to solve food-related problems in our communities at the local, state, and national level.  It’s a day about inspiring individuals to eat greener, healthier diets, while working toward improving food policies to ensure better food for everyone.

Many Americans have diets that are very unhealthy, loaded with packaged and heavily processed foods that are full of chemicals, dyes, preservatives and empty calories – with almost no fresh foods – like fruits and veggies, or nutrients of any kind. Just making a few small shifts, like eating an extra serving of veggies a day, can make a big difference.  We look forward to sharing with you our suggestions on how to make the holidays and every day a healthy experience for you and your family!
